Grant’s career spans the Military, Education, and the Criminal Justice System. He served as Executive Headteacher across three schools within an Academy Trust and held the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead in all senior leadership positions.
He also co-founded the Unacceptable Behaviour Change intervention programme, leading its rollout across public sector organisations.
Claire Watson

Claire brings extensive analytical expertise from her tenure within the public sector where she specialises in risk management, intelligence analysis, and policy implementation. Her work involves collecting and validating organisational performance data to identify critical risks and guide policy decisions.
She is an experienced mediator with plans to expand her practice into group mediation.
Dr Siobhan Neave

Forensic Psychologist | Accredited Workplace Mediator | Research Specialist
Siobhan has worked across the NHS, criminal justice system, community services, and academia. Her PhD research led to the development of a care model for organisations supporting vulnerable individuals.
She has co-authored a book chapter on mental health, published peer-reviewed articles, and presented research at national conferences. Siobhan also holds training in Advanced Quantitative Analysis.
