Voluntary digital survey distributed to all staff
Topics include: management, interpersonal dynamics, equal opportunity, representation, fair treatment, team cohesion, wellbeing, and aspirations
Phase 2: Analysis & Reporting
Quantitative and qualitative analysis of survey data
Full findings report for senior leaders (includes literature review)
Summary report for the wider staff group
Phase 3: Follow-Up
Repeat survey 9–12 months later
